What is the Fundamentals Program about?
The Fundamentals Program is designed to help you safely join the awesome community we have here at CrossFit East Oahu. We will cover all the Fundamental movements you will come across in future workouts and how to properly scale movements and workouts so you can keep coming back for more. We will stress good form, technique, and repetition before adding speed and intensity.
